    St. Joseph Hospital

    JPS Law Group assembled land parcels, secured necessary zoning and entitlements approvals, and mobilized widespread community support for the completion of a new, state-of-the-art hospital that anchors Denver’s Uptown neighborhood.

  • El Jebel Shrine Temple

    We managed the rezoning and entitlements process to allow for the development of a new micro neighborhood in North Denver consisting of townhomes, paired homes and flats in a historic, 19th century Shrine Temple building.

    Regional Tourism Act
